The role of the club committee is, simply put, to manage the running of the football club.

Clare Parfitt
The role of the chair is to oversee the running of the club and to ensure that it is run efficiently and managed appropriately. The chair leads club meetings and provides leadership in all areas, acting as an impartial adjuicator in any disputes.
Club Secretary

The Secretary is one of the most important roles in the. The main point of contact for the FA, for leagues, for team managers and other clubs, the Secretary looks after the administrative duties for the club.
Treasurer
Kerry-Anne Jeffries
The treasurer's role is be to ensure that the club stays financially sustainable, pay all its expenses, and collects any money owed to the club. The treasurer keeps full and open accounts which are always available to parents in the club to demonstrate transparency in all our financial operations.

The Child Welfare Officer ensures that the club operates a safe, child friendly environment and promotes good practice in line with the club’s Child Protection Policy. Any child welfare issues or concerns should be raised with the child welfare officer in the first instance. Welfare Assistant & First Aid Lead
Louise Fontana
The first aid lead helps to ensure that children are safe by making sure we are all able to deal with any accidents that may happen. They set best practice for first aid in the club, provide oversight for first aid at club events and practices and help to ensure that all our coaches have the necessary FA qualifications to enable them to work with children. They keep all of our first aid kits stocked with the necessary materials to be able to treat people.
Kit & Equipment Manager

With hundreds of children playing every week, our club needs a lot of kit - from the shirts, shorts and socks to balls, bibs, cones and respect lines, line paint to corner flags. Karl's role is to make sure we've all got the things we need to play.
Coaching Team
Head Of Mini-Soccer & Mini Matravers
Phil Russell
The heead of mini-socceer looks after the U6-U10 age groups in the club and the Mini Matravers soccer school. He makes sure that teams and players are registered with the FA, that they have pitches and referees allocated so that children can play their games. He acts as the liaison between the coaches in these age groups and the club committee.
Head Of Youth Football
Mark Croft
As the head of youth football, Mark is responsible for taking care of teams in the U11-U16 age groups, making sure that teams and players are registered with the Dorset Youth Football League, and helping coaches to ensure that they have pitches and referees allocated. Mark is the liaison between coaches in these age groups and the club committee.
Head Of Girls' Football

Paul looks after the development of girls' football at our club, trying to increase participation by girls in both mixed and girls' teams.
Referee Co-Ordinator
Simon Browne
Without a referee there is no game, and as we have grown as a club, so have the number of referees that we need each week for our games. Karl's role as referee co-ordinator is to help coaches make sure that they have a referee for their game, and to recruit a team of volunteer referees willing to play this vital role in kids' football.
Coaching Development Officer
Stuart Bramley
The coaching development officer is responsible for coach education, getting our coaches qualified and setting best-practices for coaching in the club. Stuart has developed our coaching and playing philosophies and tries to assist our coaches in any way he can. Stuart also looks after the club website.
Community Team
Special Events Manager
Claire Parfitt
Responsible for the organisation of the superb Lytchett Matravers FC tournament, our club presentation day and other events like our annual coaches match that bring our club together.
Commercial

The commercial lead look after our sponsors, helping us to bring in much-needed funding which enables us to keep football as affordable and accessible for as many children as possible.
Fundraising

The fundraising lead also helps us to keep football affordable and accessible for children by running fundraising events and is responsible for club merchandising.
